Special Mounting Screw:
The preload adjusting-side way can be adjusted using this screw, which is specially designed for situations where there is insufficient allowance between a way fixing screw and the mounting hole, or where a fixing screw needs to be mounted from the way side. This screw is also suitable when the mounting hole for the fixed-side way lacks sufficient positioning accuracy in its female thread. It is exclusively made from high carbon steel.
Wiper Seal:
To prevent foreign substances from entering the raceway, a wiper seal with an end stopper SB function replaces the standard wiper seal. Not all way ends can accommodate the wiper seal, and its mounting positions are adjustable by loosening the screw.

High Rigidity Roller Cage:

Designed specifically for vertical axis applications, the cage is now made from a high rigidity copper alloy to prevent rollers from dropping off in one-sided directions. For vertical axis applications using this high rigidity roller cage, it is recommended to combine it with the end stopper SB.

In cases where high stroke frequency or non-uniformly varying loads may cause cage creep due to vibration, the standard end screw is replaced with the end stopper SA. Size 1 series comes standard with the appropriate end stopper SA.

For vertical axis applications with the high rigidity roller cage, the end stopper SB regulates the cage stroke at the end. Similar to the wiper seal, not all way ends can accommodate this stopper, and its mounting positions are adjustable by loosening the screw.
